We are the manufacture of retread tires with almost ten years experience at a leading position in our domestic market.Our retread tires can be used as new ones,we use brand new treads like bridgestone,Warrior,and Kumho,the quality is far beyond used ones.The used tires have a very high risk of scrap,this won't happen in our products,we have strict test to see whether it can be retreaded or not,and also we have good after service.
Introduction of our production process:
1.Using the grinding machine to burnish the tread
2. Stick cushion gum on the burnished tread
3.Stick precure treads on the cushion gum
4.Fix the envelop and vulcanized steel ring
5.Put the tires into the sulphur cans
6.Get the final products
